I'm a professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Brazil, where I'm also a member of the COMPASS Laboratory and HEADS' research group Leader. My research interests include Computer Architecture, Operating Systems, High-Performance Computing, Virtualization, Cloud Computing, Edge Computing, Wireless Networking, and Software-Defined Systems.
